Incredibly adorable. If I would have been warned about the mature content I would not have read this, and that would have been a shame. I liked it a lot more than I expected. Not at all my usual genre but it was a BOTM pick, otherwise I would have never chosen it. The hot scenes still made me cringe, but they were written well. Pacing, flow, and setting were all on point. I laughed a lot. I'm an adult, in my 30s, but I prefer young adult novels for their creativity and lack of steamy scenes.
The characters were real and relatable. I loved the dialogue and interactions.
I don't know if I'd read more work from this author but I'm glad I gave this book a chance.
