I want to read more. I enjoyed the style of writing and the way the author set the scene up for us. It almost had an ominous feel, the reader knew something was going to happen. I enjoyed reading from the daughter's point of view. I hope the book continues with this narration style!
I am excited to see where this group of characters goes. I am left already wondering how long this affair goes on, if the daughter ever feels guilt, if the husband finds out, etc. It is such a hard situation that I am sure happens everyday but the reader never really gets this kind of view into an affair. I also can't wait to read how the daughter grows up with this huge secret especially during these formative years.
