For the past couple of years, I would say, since 2019, I been getting anxious. Like my anxiety has been getting worst as each year went by and at first I didn't know it was anxiety I had. After finding out that, that what it was I was dealing with, I kept trying to find books that will help me deal with my anxiety.

I came across this book and I'm glad a won a copy because this could be very helpful to a lot of people out there dealing with anxiety. The first part of the book talks more about the origins and biology of anxiety and gives many associated syndromes as well.

The second part is about the tools to help you actually combat anxiety. She talks about so many methods, alternative methods and even some medications. I especially like how the author didn't shy away from talking about the side effects and stuff like. So I could really see people taking a lot from this book.
