I really like the cover of this book , I fee like it really embodies what it is like to live or deal with anxiety . I really appreciated the first few pages the author released to give us insight about the book. I think for someone dealing with and going though anxiety this book would be one to add to the shelves . I like how the book is broken down and easy to comprehend for the reader, giving examples after explaining what anxiety does effect , and then meaning or backstory into what could be happening in your body due to the anxiety is very interesting and super helpful . It was interesting to read the negative effects of anxiety for long term . I think for people who are interested in learning more about their disease or mental disorder of someone they love that this book would be very beneficial. The writing style is very upfront - which is to be expected in a book of this nature .
