This book is such an important one, especially for those of us who struggle with anxiety on a daily basis and are looking for ways to cope with it in our everyday lives. The author of this book, Tracey Marks, wrote a great descriptive guide for how to deal with anxiety, and also a lot of background information on what anxiety is, how it comes about, and what the different symptoms of anxiety can look like. I like that the author made this subject easy to comprehend/understand and that she wrote about it from a compassionate standpoint. The tools the author provided to those of us looking for ways to combat anxiety (such as breathing techniques) were also very helpful and easy to use. I think a lot of people who struggle with anxiety will find this book to be very necessary in a bid to find coping strategies and to just find out more about anxiety in general.
