as someone who suffers from anxiety, this book is a great resource to learn more about anxiety. I had no idea how much anxiety goes through on a physical and cognitive level. I would recommend this book to anyone that has anxiety or family or loved ones because it can be very tough going through anxiety alone and not knowing why.
In addition, this book not only is from someone who is an expert in psychology but she also adds a personal touch to it by talking about personal experiences. From just the little sample i was able to learn more about the brain process and the body response to anxiety , which is so interesting.
I am interested in reading more in this book and might even check out her youtube channel and social media to find out more about mental health because it is really important, i would say just as much or if not more as physical health.
