"Sometimes, anxiety is like the sea: it ebbs and flows, but it's always there."

This book was really impactful and deep. I recognized aspects of my family members and myself described in the pages of this book. I have never felt quite so seen as when I read this story. It was a good reminded that so many people have Anxiety and don't realize it. It took me a long time to put a name to my feelings and even longer to figure out ways of coping and manageing my life so I can live a happy and fulfilling life.

I appreciate all of the Mind Tools, ideas to help us, everyone with anxiety. Grounding, Journaling, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Yoga, Breathing.

These are easy enough things to add to my daily/weekly life, without having to rearrange everything else I have going on. I liked the cover well enough but I think it is a little boring. Every self help book seems to be navy blue.
