This was an interesting and helpful read, and I look forward to putting some of the advice, tips, and exercises into practice.

The section explaining how anxiety works in the brain was interesting.

Following that were sections dealing with different types of anxiety and disorders, different types of medications and therapies and (quite helpfully) when these might be necessary.

But there was a lot here for those who suffer from anxiety but aren't at the level of requiring medication. There was information on many kinds of tools to help combat anxiety. Things ranging from probiotics to aromatherapy to journaling, meditating, and breathing exercises. I especially liked the chart that presented a list of stressful situations or anxiety problems and which tools would be most useful in those instances.

I'm going to be rereading and referring to some of these sections again.

Thank you to Bookishfirst for the early read.
