Why Am I So Anxious?! I literally ask myself this every day. As someone who is on medication for anxiety I found this book to be very eye opening. The author’s take on when to turn to medication while dealing with anxiety is very interesting. One thing I appreciated about this book is all of the advice on how to deal with anxiety and how to sense when a bout of anxiety is coming on. There was also a plethora of information about where anxiety comes from and why certain people may be more prone to experiencing anxiety than other people. Anxiety is multifaceted and it comes in all shapes and sizes. It doesn’t discriminate at all and there are times where everyone may experience some form of anxiety. Unfortunately some people experience anxiety more often and more deeply than others. Overall I found this book to be informative and beneficial to everyone dealing with anxiety or wanting to know more about people struggling with anxiety.
