I find that many self-help books spend 200+ pages repeating the same thing over and over, ultimately telling you that the solution to all your problems (no matter the issue) is to smile more or something equally simplistic. Mental health is not that simple! This book does not give me that impression and appears to actually be well-written and informative. I would be interested to read the rest. I like how the book is broken down, starting out explaining what anxiety is and building on that through the subsequent chapters.
