The cover gives me a feeling of being bold and direct. I have studied psychology and also like many people have anxiety and like to read about things such as this from many different viewpoints to broaden my understanding and get new ideas for managing it and also being able to discuss it with friends and family that also face issues struggling to deal with things such as anxiety. I am excited to get to read this and explore more knowledge on the subject!
