I'm not an overly anxious person, but my sister suffers from anxiety. It's not easy to relate, because oftentimes the anxiety seems unfounded, but to them it is real. I found this explanation clear and easy to understand, and I'm impressed. Initially, I didn't think I'd find this interesting.
