I have struggled with anxiety for many years. Initially, I thought "I don't need to read a book about dealing with anxiety - I've dealt with it for so long, I could write my own book!" But I did find the First Look interesting enough to want to continue reading, so I'll go ahead and throw my hat in the ring for it!
