Anxiety 101
My first impression of this book is very positive. The author cover a lot of basic information...brain physiology, physical effects of anxiety, how an anxious temperament may develop(nature vs. nurture), and how anxiety can be connected to depression. The information is presented in a straight-forward style with many examples so that it is very informational without being overwhelming.
As a life-long anxious person, I am eager to continue reading this book.
