I fully believe everyone has some form of anxiety, mine comes in 2 ways: large environments where I don’t know anyone & public bathrooms. So for there to be a book that helps you address where it maybe coming from & how to try to work through it without medicinal help is a great concept. I also like that it doesn’t shove you away from actual getting help through medicine if needed. I’m thinking this is a good self help book for everyone.
