Not bad, but a bit old fashioned

It seems mostly focused on Ded as opposed to Jerusalem. I liked how Ded was socially challenged, depressed, etc. It's rather uncommon to find a main character like such. The wording was a bit old fashioned which made it confusing for me to read.
