We start this story with Ickey Jerusalem, in an airplane's bathroom, being tied up and dead. The description of the body, placement, and setting are all very vivid. The writing does evoke a feel for the airplane as we go further and further into the "bowels" of the plane. Just based on the first bits, I know this isn't a book for me but I'm sure it has it's audience.
