Who doesn't love a book that includes dogs?
The style of writing pulled me in from the first few words. The mention of needs occurring in relationship to the mental stimulation one gets from rituals is very real to all of us right now. From the brightness of the day to the yearning to spending time with your dog going on familiar adventures, it made me thirst for another trip to NYC.
I have never been to the Union Square Farmer's Market. It saddened me a bit that I have missed out on this tradition. However, it gives me something in which to look forward to experience when COVID quarantine finally comes to an end.
