It's not often we get memoirs whose sole focus are the author's pets. From just the first few pages alone (and the cover which is adorable) I could tell this was going to be a heartwarming tale of animals coming together through unexpected circumstances, full of friendship, love, and lots of treats. I'm not usually a reader of memoirs, but I might pick this one up if I get the chance.
