The plot isn't something I typically enjoy but I read the Furst LOok because sometimes I have been surprised. Not here. I was bored within the first few pages. I can't stand reading what some people will do to animals. And while Minnie is rescued, I'm pretty sure this is such the first in a string of sad things.
