This was a heartwarming excerpt of the book! I was hesitant reading an excerpt about dogs because while I love dogs, I don’t want a tearjerker book where a dog dies. The excerpt ends right before Harry and Minnie meet, and I wanted to keep reading to see what happened. This is such a different kind of book than I normally go for, but it has seemed interesting so far.
