I want to read the rest of this book. The first few pages were definitely not enough for me. I admit, I am “that person” who prefers the company of dogs to most humans so this wonderful sweet love story hit me square in the heart. I understand not having a dog as it is a huge responsibility and can be very costly. I don’t understand hating them. I believe if everyone experienced the unfailing unconditional love of one than the world would be a happier, kinder, more generous place for us all. This book exemplifies what can happen when you open your heart and home to let one in and the magical surprise journey you will travel with a delicious pup. Can’t wait for the rest of the story.
