I didn't expect to like this though honestly I should have known better. I have a soft spot for dogs and multiple times while reading this I could feel tears pricking my eyes. The story is well-written and the First Look indicates that there is a grand adventure that is going to be taking place within the rest of the novel. Definitely want to finish this one.
