This book reminds me a little of 101 dalmatians but flipped. Instead of two dogs getting their humans together, two humans are getting their dogs together. But at the core is tragedy, one that Americans won't forget any time soon, and the loss that accompanies it. This book seems to have many layers that are just waiting to be unraveled.
