The first thing that got me was the title of the book "when Harry met Minnie". My in-laws had a dog named Minnie and it reminds me of "when Harry met Sally", the movie. How do dogs impact our lives so much, because of Minnies breed is the reason that two acquaintances got together to talk about one taking another's dog when one passes. This leads to talk of mortality, love, bull terriers and life. We can all learn from this and from the lessons that others are willing to share with us. I love these type of books and it sounds like a book for most everyone.
