What Beauty There is by Cory Anderson is a hauntingly beautiful tale of choices. You take the money all your problems. You run, you loose everything and everyone you love. And Jack would rather risk it all.

Following the death of his mother and soon the loss of his brother to the foster system, Jack Morton is forced to start looking for a stash of money that his imprisoned father hid long ago. The only problem is, he isn't the only one look for it.

Ava Bardem has only known isolation, with life and fate tied on puppet strings controlled by her father. When father goes along the same path as Jack, she must make a choice. Help or stay in the shadows.

Told in dual perspectives of Ava and Jack, Anderson's work will leave you wanting more. As well as potentially traumatized. As Anderson's work can be a bit dark at times, but still they are quite beautifully written.
