I was so invested in this that I felt my heart break when I got to the end of the sample knowing that I would have to wait for the remainder of this haunting story. I know all too well how Jack feels, and his character resonates with me. I know the author has hit a homerun with this book and I can't wait to shout it from the rooftops.
