This book sounds good! The cover makes it look like a fantasy book, but to description makes it sound like solid literary fiction so I guess it’s a little confusing as is but it sounds good enough to give it a shot! I’ve never read Nina Lacour or Patrick Ness but I’ve heard of them and the comparison intrigues me!
