First of all, the cover and chapter artwork is beautiful.
Second of all, the book starts off quickly and sadly. Be warned- suicide occurs within the first couple of pages.
This seems like a heartbreaking novel, but a good one. Part of me wants to read the whole thing to see how it ends, but the other part of me knows if I do, I'll probably end up in a funk for a couple of days afterwards.
