The first thing about this book that intrigued me was the cover. It isn't the type of book that I usually read but I thought I would give it a chance. Wow. The first few sentences toss you right off the deep end and right into the story. It was emotional and heart-wrenching. I'm invested after these first few chapters – I want to know what happens next!
