This story is full of emotion, suspense, turmoil, and intensity. Jack's desperation to help his family and his love for his little brother is evident from the first page. I wish the first impression excerpt had been longer because I was so drawn into this story I wanted to keep reading. The cover art is beautiful and perfectly encompasses the feel of winter.
