This first impression was interesting, but I wasn't particularly gripped by the case thus far. I realize that in true crime sometimes you might need a fair amount of setting up of the details before you get to the really, really interesting aspects of the case. That being said, by the end of this first impression I wasn't desperate to know more about this case. If I had the full book in front of me I would probably keep reading it and honestly finish it because I tend to like mystery and true crime as a genre. But this didn't make me say I need to go out and buy this book as soon as it comes out.
