What an excellent beginning to a heart-pounding thriller! While I'm not an avid thriller reader, I do love a mystery and a good poison plot -- the set up here is excellent and grabs the reader and yanks them into the mystery right away.
I'm not quite sure what to think of the cover -- on one hand, the bright, almost unnatural pink is very eye-grabbing and works with the poison theme. On the other, I'm not sure that it would appeal to me if I didn't know what the story was about already.
