Eerie True Crime Story With Immersive Writing

I was immediately drawn in this story and the mysterious illness that Mary contracts one day while working in her chiropractic office. I found the writing style to be immersive and informative. It really almost felt like I was reading a fictional mystery novel rather than a nonfiction true crime book. I'm interested to see where this case goes and how it ends up.
