This story grabbed my attention from the first sentence. The story of a passionate girl whose sister was the victim of a violent sexual attack is compelling all on its own. The slap on the wrist sentence for the rapist is a travesty which we see too often. The people in this story could me to life in a way that makes reading the rest of the story urgent. I cannot wait to read this.
