I can't decide how I feel about this! It's an all too accurate representation of our justice system and the characters feel very real. It seems like a dichotomy is set up between hope and vengeance, but I want the characters to have both. I want some boss sword vengeance against the rapist, but worry this will end with platitudes about moving on, overcoming anger, and hope.
