I went into this expecting a positive support-like vibe for someone that was a victim of rape. In some ways, it does give that. It also comes across as very, in your face extreme feminist. As a woman myself, I just don't care for lumping the entire male species into a group that disrespects women and I get that feel from the very start of this book.
