Blood Water Paint has been in my TBR since it came out and I still have not read it yet but this book looks like it may be my first book by Joy McCullough. I really like how creative the cover is, it draws the eye because it's so interesting. I feel like this plot could've been ripped from the headlines, too often rapists are only sentenced with a slap on the wrist. I look forward to getting into the nitty gritty of this book.
