I like the topic of this book, it’s definitely something that needs to be talked about more and normalized. The first person POV provides a real look at what the main character is going through, and provides insight on what girls like her have to go through everyday. Rape can be a hard topic to talk about, but I think this author did a great job of portraying the thoughts and feelings of the young girl in this story. I also really liked the poem in the beginning, it was a very creative way of starting off the story.
