Ever since I saw the synopsis of this book, I’ve been super excited to read this. Too often do rapists and assaulters get off easy, seemingly without repercussions for the pain they caused their victims. Sometimes they aren’t even caught. I can only hope that the ending of this book will be happier than the endings of many cases of rape and assault throughout the country.
