This is a sad book. Aaron is with his dad, running a book store in his name that his parents transferred to him when they declared bankruptcy. Somehow the book store is in worse shape then when he got it; falling apart and customerless, it is about to go under and take Aaron with him. He doesn’t have anything to sell except his dead brother’s records, which he promised he would never sell. I assume things get better but the book starts on a very sad note.
