As a book lover and a librarian, Gayle Forman had me at the setting ;) Seriously, though, in just a few short chapters I have become invested in Aaron and Ira and Bluebird Books, and I am almost glad that the First Look stopped where it did because I didn't have to watch Aaron break Ira's heart.
Given the book's description, though, I am hopeful that the bookshop is not really doomed. I would love to read the rest to find out....
