I think a new genre that has really got me hooked is fantasy with modern technology and an urbanized setting. I don't really know what to call it because it's not urban fantasy or contemporary fantasy since it is a unique world., but nonetheless, I adore it. We All Fall Down seems to have that to a T, and while i've never read anything by this author, I'm intrigued about this world building.
