I really loved Watch Her. It was a real page turner. I was fascinated by the characters, they all seemed like that had something to hide, and it was interesting to see the story play out. It kept me in suspense to see what would happen next. The action happens over just a couple of days, so it moves fast. There is a lot of history with these characters. I liked how the writer lets the characters secrets out at their pace. I was anxious to see what would happen next, I couldn't put the book down. Edwin Hill is a great writer, I am anxious to read more from him. He made the characters likeable and sympathetic and human with all their flaws. It was a great read. It sucked me in from the very beginning. I was intrigued by the strong and vulnerable women in this story and the complexity of the friendships. As well as Hester's reluctance to commit in her personal relationship.
