This book was an easy, quick read, and difficult to put down. The writing style is easy to follow, flowing easily from one "chapter" to the next. Each chapter is titled with one of the characters names. As you move from one chapter to the next, the author delves deeper and deeper into each character's personality and emotional state, maintaining one's interest. I really couldn't wait to see what would unfold in each character's next chapter. I was intrigued by the story from the beginning. Mr, Hill is very skilled at word-painting the locations, the homes and their surroundings. From the beginning, I began trying to determine who did "it" and what the "it" was. Just when I thought I knew where the storyline was heading, there was a plot twist, but each time it made sense and left me wanting to know more.
If you're looking for a good story and smoothe writing style. I highly recommend this book. I look forward to reading more works by Mr. Hill.
