So far I'm not the biggest fan of the writing style. I think some things are worded really word and there's weird repetition in it. I do like that there is a time jump to new characters because I didn't really like Maxine. While I know the different perspectives will collide in some way, I didn't really find myself caring about Maxine's storyline.
