Its pretty unusual for me to get hooked into a book with only about 30 pages but I already feel so invested in these characters. Why do Hester and Morgan not discuss their past? Who is the girl running out? How does Maxine fit in? Who is Barrett? I already feel the secrets starting to build and I'm so excited to read the rest of this book
