Wow! Maearth, the ship sounds amazing. I like the way the story began with present time events interwoven with backstory seemlessly.
I can't wait to read more about all of these characters especially the Mercury group. I'm also anxious to read what Mars looks like according to the author as far as the human settlements. Definitely have to read the rest of this one.
