One thing I liked about this book is how it's written. It's not written like a documentary, it's written like a story. It has facts, things that happened to this family and lots of other stuff but its all flowing and put together in a nice simple way to read and understand. I like how there are pages that show the maps of where they are and it also has a family tree. It also includes pictures which is nice because it helps you get to know these people more and see what they've gone through and how they've survived and come out of this. This true story will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat. It will definitely put you through tons of emotions as well. This story shows you things you don't know that's going on in some other countries and how hard it is for some people to escape. All of their easy lives suddenly going to hardships and loss. Some making it and some not making it. Definitely a great read and some good history and insight into what's happening in other countries.
