The cover is really eye catching and makes me very curious about what's inside the book. I enjoyed reading the excerpt, even though it is really sad. I am Asian American and my dad went through stuff that he never talks about, so it made me really enjoy reading someone else's experience that's not talked about very much. I do not know much about Cambodian history and I think this will definitely be an eye opener for whoever reads it. I am very curious as to what happened to the dad and how he's dealing with all the trauma/events that he's experienced.
